Standard Courses

Accipia provide a standard set of training courses for each of CenterView's five modules. These hands-on courses take you through the full methodology of planning and deploying a Control Framework, integration with external systems, monitoring the KPI's, dealing with alarms as they are raised and evaluating the effectiveness of the Framework over time.

Tailored Courses

The standard course materials are based around a template Control Framework containing the most common KPI's found in most telco's together with a standard test dataset. However, we also offer a service where we can take example controls from your own Control Framework, or specifications of Controls you would like to implement, and prepare a set of tailored training materials based specifically around your business, your test data and your Control Framework.

For tailored training of this type, rather than charging per attendee per day every time the course is run, Accipia simply charge a fixed daily rate for the trainer’s time in preparing and delivering the course. To further reduce costs, our trainers can come to you and deliver the course at your offices, significantly reducing the expenses involved.

Running the course for a second or third time then proves proves particularly cost-effective, since the materials are already in place and you need then only pay for the trainer’s time. What’s more, at the end of each tailored training course, electronic copies of all course materials are left at your site to enable you to deliver future courses in-house. Our consultants can work with your own training department to help make this possible.
